Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Webmethods Tech Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Webmethods and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Webmethods solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design, develop, and test Webmethods applications and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Webmethods implementations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Webmethods projects.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Webmethods architecture and features.
Experience with Webmethods integration with other systems and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
