Webflow Designer (Full-Time) About FloatGroup

FloatGroup is a fast-growing, multi-business platform operating across both

consumer (B2C)

and

enterprise / partner-led (B2B)

services. As we build a stronger in-house marketing function, we are looking for design-led talent that can translate brand thinking into polished, high-quality digital experiences.

Role Overview

As a

Webflow Designer

, you will be responsible for designing and building

visually strong, responsive websites

using Webflow. This role is

design-first

focused on layout, typography, hierarchy, interaction, and brand expression rather than heavy front-end engineering.

You will work closely with brand, marketing, and content teams to turn ideas, wireframes, and visual directions into refined Webflow pages that support FloatGroup s business and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build high-quality websites and landing pages using
Webflow.
Apply strong
visual design judgment
across layout, spacing, typography, color, and hierarchy
Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into consistent web experiences
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on campaigns, content pages, and experiments
Refine and improve existing pages to elevate visual quality and clarity
Ensure websites are responsive and visually consistent across devices
Maintain design consistency across all FloatGroup web properties
Conduct visual QA and polish before launch

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in
Webflow
, with a portfolio showcasing design-led websites
Background in
visual / digital / web design
, rather than engineering-heavy roles
Excellent understanding of
layout, typography, color, and composition
Experience working with
Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools
Ability to independently design and execute pages end-to-end in Webflow
Strong attention to detail and high standards for craft and finish
Understanding of basic web principles (responsiveness, performance, accessibility)

Bonus Points For

Experience designing
marketing websites or landing pages
for brands or products
Familiarity with
Webflow CMS
and interactions/animations
Experience working in
fast-paced, in-house creative or marketing teams
Interest in brand systems and scalable design frameworks
Certification in Webflow
