Job Description

Job Title: Contract Webflow Designer (Webflow-First + Relume Workflow)

About the Role

Webflow-first Web Designer

Webflow execution

Key Responsibilities

Use
Relume.io
to generate page frameworks, wireframes, and component setups.
Customize and refine Relume-generated structures
before importing to Webflow
.
Build full, responsive, polished pages
inside Webflow
using best practices.
Implement Webflow CMS, structure, classes, interactions, and animations.
Ensure pixel-perfect UI, mobile responsiveness, and clean class naming.
Design visually refined pages using
Figma or directly in Webflow
, depending on the requirement.
Work closely with internal teams on-site for feedback and fast iteration.

Core Skill Requirements

Expert-level Webflow skills

CMS setup
Custom classes & style systems
Responsive design
Interactions & animations
Component-based builds

Hands-on experience with Relume.io

Using AI to generate page layouts
Working with Relume component library
Importing Relume structures into Webflow
Strong visual design sense (spacing, typography, hierarchy, layout).
Ability to turn incomplete brief + AI layout into a polished, branded page.
Fast execution without sacrificing quality.

Nice-to-Have

Experience building modular design systems in Webflow.
Light HTML/CSS knowledge.
Some Figma design skills (not mandatory if youre strong inside Webflow).
Experience designing landing pages & marketing flows.
