Job Title: Senior Data Quality Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Data Quality Engineer to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable data quality solutions across our data platforms. This role will work closely with data engineers, scientists, analysts, and product teams to ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability that support critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data quality validation frameworks and automation pipelines across Azure, Databricks, SQL, and MongoDB environments. Define and monitor data quality KPIs, policies, and rules across structured and unstructured data sources. Build and maintain scalable data quality monitoring tools and dashboards across BI platforms like Power BI , Tableau , and SSRS . Work with data engineers and architects to embed quality checks into ETL/ELT pipelines and Data Lakehouse architectures. Perform data profiling, anomaly detection , and in-depth root cause analysis for identified data issues. Develop and maintain metadata and data lineage documentation using governance and catalog tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term fixes. Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Prior experience in building reusable data quality components and CI/CD integration is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience in real estate domain with strong data compliance requirements.
