Job Description: You will join Go To Market Labs Private Limited (GTM Labs) as a full-time remote Web3 Chief Marketing Officer, also serving as a Co-Founder and Partner. Your main responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, leading marketing and sales teams, and managing investor and public relations. As the CMO, you will steer the company's marketing direction, collaborate with stakeholders to expand partnerships, and drive growth in a competitive and evolving landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Devise strategic marketing approaches and analyze emerging trends through proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research. - Build and enhance the company's image, manage campaigns effectively, and handle Public Relations and Marketing Management tasks with strong skills. - Generate growth opportunities through scalable marketing systems and partnerships, leveraging Sales experience. - Thrive in a co-founding role with an entrepreneurial mindset, showcasing exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. - Utilize background knowledge in Web3, blockchain, AI, or emerging tech industries to your advantage. - Engage investors, stakeholders, and communities effectively with excellent communication skills.
