Adret Software Services is urgently looking for a #TeamLeader to drive and manage our International Website Sales Team.

✅ What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of international web sales consultants

Drive monthly revenue targets and boost overall team productivity

Develop result-oriented sales strategies tailored for international markets

Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for continuous improvement

Handle client escalations and ensure top-notch service delivery

Train new hires and support ongoing team development

Collaborate with leadership to align sales goals with broader business objectives

✅ What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of solid experience in Web Consulting (International Sales)

Proven team management and leadership skills

Strong communication and client-handling abilities

Tech-savvy and up-to-date with website development and digital trends

Target-driven and performance-focused

Comfortable working night shifts (US timings)

Must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from our Salt Lake office
