Analytical Skills Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Semrush. Technical SEO Knowledge Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. SEO Expertise Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy. Problem-Solving & Communication – Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Search Engine Knowledge – Familiarity with SEO best practices and algorithm updates. CMS Experience – Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, AEM, or Drupal. Link-Building & Content Performance Analysis – Experience in link-building strategies and social media content analysis. Experience in process/rules of engagement and content types within Pharmaceutical medical communications is a plus Experience in automating SEO reports and alerts using APIs and scripts. Familiarity with heatmaps & session recording tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity) for UX insights. Knowledge of international SEO, multi-language strategies, and hreflang best practices. Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations affecting SEO 4+ years of professional experience Experience working in an agency environment with proven experience navigating tight deadlines under pressure Ability to recognize best practices Proven self-starter that has managed projects in isolation
