About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining web pages using HTML and WordPress. This role involves managing frequent content updates, ensuring responsive designs, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality web pages consistently. Key Responsibilities: HTML/CSS Development: Build and maintain clean, semantic, and responsive HTML pages. WordPress Development: Assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and custom code. Website Maintenance: Regularly perform updates, backups, and security checks on WordPress websites. Content Management: Upload and format content including text, images, and videos across web pages. SEO Implementation: Apply basic on-page SEO practices such as meta tags, headers, and image alt attributes. Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve layout and functional issues across platforms. Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content writers, and other developers to deliver projects on time. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 . Solid understanding of WordPress CMS , including themes and plugins. Familiarity with responsive design principles . Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to spotting and fixing issues. Basic knowledge of on-page SEO practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills . Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar web development role. Preferred: Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) Familiarity with version control tools like Git Understanding of basic JavaScript or PHP is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
