Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional manner. Handle email correspondence and inquiries promptly and professionally. Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organized office. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability. Assist in managing office supplies inventory and ordering as needed. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns effectively and escalate to relevant departments when necessary. Maintain a log of visitors and appointments for security and record-keeping purposes. Coordination: Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and events when required.
