BeanstalkAsia IS HIRING WEB DEVELOPERS WITH 2 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE

BeanstalkAsia is an Integrated Marketing Communications agency headquartered in Mumbai. We are expanding our Digital web team in Mumbai and are looking to hire Web Developers with minimum 2-3 years experience in building and maintaining high-performance websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, responsive design, and is comfortable working with modern frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring ideas to life.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Conduct code reviews and participate in agile development processes.

• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in web and mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Web Developer or similar role.

• Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue,

or Angular.

• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.

• Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevOps or CI/CD tools.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• SEO and performance optimization experience.

• UI/UX design understanding or experience working closely with design teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent

practical experience).
