Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining responsive websites and web applications. You should have a solid understanding of web development fundamentals and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to bring UI/UX designs to life
Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO
Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
Knowledge of basic SEO principles
Exposure to frontend libraries like React or Vue.js
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
