Experience: 4 - 6 Years Salary: Not a bar for the right candidate Shift: US Shift (05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST) Opportunity Type: On Site Placement Type: Full Time Role and Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable and secure web applications using Laravel Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve bugs Participate in code reviews and help establish development best practices Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and the Laravel ecosystem Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the performance of existing applications Develop and maintain technical documentation Handle server-side issues and contribute to server maintenance and optimization Requirements: Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel Framework Solid understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development Experience with front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery Proficient in MySQL database design and management Familiarity with version control systems , particularly Git Ability to independently diagnose and solve complex technical issues Excellent problem-solving , communication , and teamwork skills Experience managing server-side environments (basic server setup, deployment, optimization) is a plus Multiple projects completed in PHP and Laravel Framework Benefits which make us Unique: At Retrotech, we know that great people are what makes a great firm.
