Web Analytics Manager

You are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Analytics manager to lead web analytics efforts. As a data expert, you will have a strong understanding of web analytics tools and methodologies. Your proven track record in implementing and optimizing these tools to drive business insights and improve website performance will be valuable. Your responsibilities will include the full lifecycle of web analytics, from implementation and data collection to analysis, reporting, and recommendations. - Lead the implementation and configuration of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Amplitude) ensuring accurate data collection and tracking. - Manage and maintain existing analytics implementations, including tag management tool (e.g. Google tag manager). - Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure proper tagging and data collection across all web properties. - Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and technical issues related to analytics tracking. - Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations. - Translate complex data into clear and concise presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proactively identify areas for website optimization based on data analysis and user behavior. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement A/B tests and optimization strategies. - Develop and maintain a web analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web analytics. Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in web analytics with a focus on implementation and analysis. - Hands-on experience with at least one web analytics tool and tag manager implementation. - Deep understanding of web analytics methodologies, including data collection, processing, and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data to various audiences.,
