Web Analytics Manager

You will be responsible for leading our web analytics efforts by implementing and optimizing web analytics tools to drive business insights and enhance website performance. Your main responsibilities will include managing the implementation and configuration of tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude, ensuring accurate data collection, and tracking. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to guarantee proper tagging and data collection across all web properties. Additionally, you will analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and translate complex data into clear presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactively identifying areas for website optimization based on data analysis and user behavior will be a key part of your role. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement A/B tests and optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in web analytics with a focus on implementation and analysis. Hands-on experience with at least one web analytics tool and tag manager implementation is required. A deep understanding of web analytics methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively are essential.
