Web administrator1 We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Content Developer to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This role will focus on developing, deploying, and testing content using Sitecore's Content Management System (CMS) while ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Management - Partner with business stakeholders to understand content requirements and implement solutions in Sitecore - Develop and maintain content templates, renderings, and components - Configure and optimize content workflow processes - Implement personalization rules and A/B testing scenarios - Manage multi-language content deployment and translation workflows - Ensure content consistency across different channels and devices Technical Implementation - Develop and maintain Sitecore templates, layouts, and sublayouts - Configure and optimize Sitecore's presentation layer - Implement content search functionality and maintain search indexes - Set up and manage content delivery networks (CDN) - Configure and maintain content synchronization between environments - Implement SEO best practices within Sitecore Testing & Quality Assurance - Perform thorough testing of content deployments - Conduct performance testing and optimization - Execute cross-browser and multi-device testing - Validate content rendering and personalization rules - Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards Collaboration & Support - Work closely with content authors and marketers - Provide training and support for content editors - Document content development processes and best practices - Collaborate with development teams on technical implementations - Support content migration projects Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field - 5+ years of experience with Sitecore CMS - Sitecore Developer Certification - Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and best practices - Experience with: - Sitecore Experience Editor - Sitecore PowerShell Extensions - Sitecore HTML Cache - Sitecore Analytics Technical Skills - Proficient in: - ASP.NET MVC - C# - HTML5 - CSS3 - JavaScript - XML - SQL Server - Experience with: - Sitecore Forms - Sitecore JavaScript Services (JSS) - Sitecore Experience Analytics - Content Testing and Optimization - Sitecore Marketing Foundation Preferred Qualifications - Additional Sitecore Certifications: - Sitecore Experience Solution Developer - Sitecore XP Developer - Sitecore JavaScript Services Developer - Experience with: - Sitecore Commerce - Sitecore Identity - Sitecore Cortex - Azure PaaS deployment - Container deployment (Docker) Skills & Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication abilities - Project management capabilities - Attention to detail - Business requirement analysis - Performance optimization - Documentation skills - Training and mentoring abilities Tools & Technologies - Sitecore Experience Platform - Visual Studio - Team Foundation Server/Git - PowerShell - Sitecore Rocks - Content Testing Tools - Analytics Tools - SEO Tools
