Weaving Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on weaving machinery to minimize downtime.
• Monitor the performance of looms and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal product quality.
• Guide and train junior staff on machinery operation and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve technical issues in real-time.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation to track equipment performance and maintenance history.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of weaving operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working with polyester and nylon yarn looms in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance practices and procedures for weaving equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
