Job Description: Wealth – Sales & Distribution Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced professional to drive Wealth Sales & Distribution through strong relationship management with Distribution Partners and Existing Partners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in partner onboarding, sales growth, and channel development within financial/wealth products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business through Wealth Distribution Partners and Existing Channel Partners.
• Develop strong relationships to drive revenue across assigned regions.
• Identify, onboard, and train new distribution partners.
• Track partner performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and distribution partners.
• Support partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and periodic updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Wealth Management Sales, Distribution Sales, or Channel Partner Management.
• Strong understanding of wealth/financial products (MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, etc.).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets through partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
