About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced professional to drive Wealth Sales & Distribution through strong relationship management with Distribution Partners and Existing Partners
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in partner onboarding, sales growth, and channel development within financial/wealth products

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow business through Wealth Distribution Partners and Existing Channel Partners
  • Develop strong relationships to drive revenue across assigned regions
  • Identify, onboard, and train new distribution partners
  • Track partner performance and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and distribution partners
  • Support partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and periodic updates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Wealth Management Sales, Distribution Sales, or Channel Partner Management
  • Strong understanding of wealth/financial products (MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, etc)
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets through partners
