About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive Wealth Sales & Distribution through strong relationship management with Distribution Partners and Existing Partners
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in partner onboarding, sales growth, and channel development within financial/wealth products

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow business through Wealth Distribution Partners and Existing Channel Partners
Develop strong relationships to drive revenue across assigned regions
Identify, onboard, and train new distribution partners
Track partner performance and implement strategies to increase sales
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and distribution partners
Support partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and periodic updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

3 to 7 years of experience in Wealth Management Sales, Distribution Sales, or Channel Partner Management
Strong understanding of wealth/financial products (MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, etc)
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Proven track record in achieving sales targets through partners
