About B2B Business: We are a well-established B2B business with more than 20,000 partners across India served by a team of 200+ wealth Managers to distribute 13+ wealth products. Established partner friendly processes, platform and fantastic L&D team makes Wealth manager and RM partnership even stronger Functional Responsibilities / KPIs • Managing and acquiring partners to generate sales for products like AIF/MLDs, Debentures, Bonds and LI (In house & 3rd party products) and acquisition of Sub Brokers / IFA/Partners Doing various training programs for partners to train them for various financial products Maintaining relationship with partners to generate business Qualifications MBA/ PGDM or relevant degree. Prerequisite Candidates with prior experience of handling B2B Channel (Preferred) Experience Min 3+ years relevant experience in BFSI and Wealth domain. Functional Competencies • Acumen towards understanding of client needs, study requirements and provideadequate and prompt solutions. • Should have a good knowledge and understanding of equity and debt market and wealthproducts.
