You will need to collaborate with stakeholders from different functions such as Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance to drive process efficiencies and faster turnaround times. By adopting improved processes and best practices, you will contribute to enhancing the operational effectiveness and productivity of DSAs for ABHFL. Furthermore, you will be required to stay updated on market intelligence and competition awareness. This includes monitoring the market for new business opportunities, keeping a close eye on competitors, and sharing relevant updates with senior management to help the company stay ahead of the competition.
