The role involves offering tailored investment solutions, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the Direct HNI Sales vertical. This role requires a solid understanding of mutual fund products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles. 2) Dimensions: Remarks Individual Contributor Dimensions A. Manpower - B. NCA (Count) ~100-2000 crores 400 crores 1000 crores 12 crores 60 crores 400 Equity, Debt & Liquid 3) Job Context & Major Challenges: (What are the specific aspects of the job that provide a challenge to the jobholder in the context of the Unit/Zone) Job Context a) To penetrate into a newer segment of market b) Ensuring the overall wealth solution to UHNI/HNI by Show casing all investment vehicles MF, PMS debt and PMS equity, RE etc Key Challenges for the role are as follows: a) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals, investment preferences, and risk tolerance. b) Conduct regular meetings and portfolio reviews to assess clients financial situations and adjust strategies as needed. c) Must have high level of connectivity with large corporate clients and increase service standards, Visibility and goodwill among corporate clients. d) Mitigation of risk through diversification of AUM. e) Healthy & profitable asset mix. f) Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes g) Have a deep understanding of the mutual funds. h) Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and product innovations. Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge. i) Ensure all client interactions, transactions, and communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. ` Job Description 4) Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions Business Management and achieving the set target o Maximize business through top clients through sound relationship. o Conduct business meetings and across the table presentations to corporate clients. o Identify high-end potential clients to expand the business base. o Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients and expansion of key clients Build strong Client Relationship o Ensuring high volume of business in the given location/segment to achieve the desired gross sales. o Develop and maintain key corporate clients. o Organize meetings with Fund manager/CEOs and Head of Sales. o Disseminates updates and other product related information in timely manner Create a Strong mind Recall for ABSLAMC o Push for reference of their relatives and social circle. o Be the wealth one stop solution for investor for all investment related Needs. Compliance on all regulatory rules o Provide strategic support for service excellence and ensure compliance on all regulatory and internal audit requirements o Ensure all SEBI/AMFI rules and regulations are strictly complied. o Update client ownership report every month regularly to state/centre head.
