Role Description

This is an internship role for an AWS DevOps Trainer at HRA Groups Private Limited. The AWS DevOps Trainer's responsibilities include designing and delivering training sessions on AWS and DevOps technologies, creating training materials, conducting hands-on labs and workshops, and providing mentorship to trainees. Additionally, the Trainer will keep up with the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure high-quality, up-to-date training. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science

• In-depth knowledge of AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, like CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  interactive training sessions

  (online/offline) on AWS and DevOps technologies.
• Design and update

  training materials

  , lab exercises, and real-world project assignments.
• Explain

  AWS architecture, deployment, and automation

  concepts clearly and effectively.
• Guide learners through

  CI/CD pipeline creation, Docker & Kubernetes deployments, Terraform automation

  , and other DevOps workflows.
• Prepare learners for

  AWS certification exams

  (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps, etc.).
• Provide

  technical mentorship

  and resolve students’ queries promptly.
• Evaluate participants through assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the academic or corporate training team to improve course delivery quality.

Required Technical Skills:

• AWS Services:

  EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS, EKS, ECS, VPC

• DevOps Tools:

  Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Maven, SonarQube

• Scripting & OS:

  Linux, Shell scripting, Python (optional)

• CI/CD Pipeline:

  Setup and manage pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS Code Pipeline

• Infrastructure as Code (Isac):

  Strong experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
