Job Description

Gemba Concepts is looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise who can bridge business requirements, technology, and testing. This role is ideal for candidates who have worked closely with development and QA teams and understand the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC

Support testing activities including test case review, defect validation, and UAT coordination

Validate solutions against business and functional requirements

Drive process improvements and ensure solution quality

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Proven experience in Business Analysis and stakeholder management

Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Testing & QA processes, including:

Test scenarios and test cases

Functional, Integration & UAT testing

Requirement traceability and validation

Exposure to Java or any Object-Oriented programming language (Good to have, not mandatory)

Experience with Prototype / Collaborative software development practices

Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) & Large Language Models (LLMs)

Knowledge of Statistics & Data Analysis

Strong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, Functional Specs, Test-related documentation
