JD – HR Payroll:

Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: up to 35 K PM

Location: Andheri East (MIDC/ Mahakali Caves Road)

Gender Preference: Only Male candidate

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Timings: 9 am to 5.30 pm

Age limit: up to 35 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for roll out of appointment letters/offer letters/ confirmation process
• Preparation of CTC annexure in excel with good knowledge of advance excel
• Ensure timely updation of employee files and documents for record purpose
• Maintain an updated employee MIS and share the same with HO
• Maintain attendance, manual & system based
• Ensure error free Payroll details shared within timelines with HO for monthly payroll
• Sound knowledge of ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, MLWF etc.
• Handling of Termination Case (Resignation, Acceptance Letter, FnF)
• Handling employee grievance related salary, PF, ESIC etc
• Daily operations in the factory
• Good communication skills in any language (Marathi or Hindi – Mandatory & English – optional)

Required Skills & Competencies

• knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and payroll software/HRMS.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in calculations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll Operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Experience with payroll software such as Time Labs, or similar will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy in payroll input generation.
• Resolution time for employee payroll queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
