Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership: Drive the overall creative vision across digital, print, and video campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsinternal and external. Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of creatives—designers, writers, editors, and producers. Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values creativity and accountability. Execution & Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from ideation to execution. Manage workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely and high-quality output. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to translate business goals into impactful creative solutions. Present creative strategies and campaign concepts confidently to cross-functional stakeholders. Required Skill Set Proven experience with visual storytelling, branding, and campaign development. Strong portfolio that showcases multi-platform work—print, digital, motion, and video. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and basic video tools is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance creativity with business strategy. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Experience Required 7+ years in creative roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or lead-level capacity. Prior experience working with or managing cross-functional creative teams. Experience in healthcare, social impact, or consumer-facing brands is an advantage
