About
Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Cash management Services, Commercial cards & Correspondent Banking services, Capital & Custody Account Services, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, GIFT City. The team focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and delivery of mentioned services to corporate customers.
About the Role
As a part of the Wholesale Banking Product team, CMS Product Sales Manager- North is responsible for providing CMS solutions to various clients across segments in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
.Responsible for the achievement of the CMS Fee and CDAB target..Acquisition of mandates budgeted and increase CMS Sales for various customers across segments..Increase digital penetration and the bank's market share in RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/statutory payments such as various State and Central Taxes..Gather market intelligence and provide inputs for product/process improvement..Impart training to the business RMs as and when necessary..Regular reviews with the business group.Servicing of CMS customers as necessary.Facilitate and API and Host to Host Integration for prospective customers..Role also entails initiation, overseeing implementation and monetization of CMS deals in pipeline..Ensure housekeeping & regularly update call reports, maintain a healthy pipeline to meet budgets and update all stakeholders on developments of portfolio
Qualifications
.10+ years of related experience.Graduate in any Discipline.MBA/PGDBM will be preferredRole Proficiencies:
A successful candidate should possess the following:
.Knowledge of banking regulations and norms.Knowledge of CMS products of the Bank.Dealt with CMS Service.Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.Ability to deliver business outcomes and meet deadlines.Relationship building skills.Basic knowledge of IT
