About Commercial Banking Operations | |||||
Commercial Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrowed accounts under Wholesale banking. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Commercial Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings | |||||

Process Control and Training Officials are responsible for timely conduct of Process control Audit across the CBO Units. They ensure timely submission of compliance by CBO Operating Units for credit and concurrent audits reports | |||||
Key Responsibilities | |||||
Managing the Service Relationship Channel involving servicing CRG/SME clients pan India. Periodic review of loan disbursements and ensuring TAT on a Pan India level by conducting concalls and video conferencing on a fortnightly basis IT developments in the Corporate Banking arena ensuring automation and STP (Straight Through Processes) Handing IT issues related to CBO domain Handling IT projects viz., Credit Processing System, Vendor Platform, Credit Connect (Customer Platform), e-forms, e-learning Handling R&R Platform, viz., CBO Hall of Fame, Think Forward - The Idea Platform Analytics & MIS reporting, various utility reports viz., Irregularity reports, LIE/Project Progress Report Status, Monitoring Pendencies, etc. Publishing Various dashboards from time to time. | |||||
Qualifications | |||||
Graduate/ Post Graduate form a recognized institute 2-5 years of relevant experience | |||||
