Waterproofing Technologist

As a Customer Service Executive (CSE) in the area of Customer Centricity, your primary responsibility is to provide technical support to front line staff either through site visits or over the phone. You will attend to complaints proactively, especially when a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is unable to understand the technical aspects of the issue. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting Product Training Programs (PTP) for new joiners and organizing various meets to educate them on product usage and new offerings. One of your crucial roles will be to monitor complaint trends and identify any potential defective batches to prevent field complaints. You will also be responsible for capturing market practices, conducting audits, and sharing reports with the sales team to prevent future complaints. In cases of duplicate materials or counterfeiting issues, you will provide field support to the legal team and assist in conducting raids against offenders. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Research & Testing (R&T) team to test new products and formulations in the field before their official launch. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality standards of the products offered by the company.,
