Water Treatment Sales Manager

Location: Ambattur (Area of Coverage: Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry)

Salary Range: 35,000 55,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with 35 years of proven experience in Water Treatment Equipment & Chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support to clients across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for water treatment equipment and chemicals.
• Generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking, and market research.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, project execution, and after-sales service.
• Provide timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Ensure collection of payments within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in water treatment equipment & chemicals (mandatory).
• Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical background.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good technical understanding of water treatment solutions.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Other Requirements:

2-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.
