1. Water Treatment Plant Mechanical Engineer

• Strong knowledge of

  WTP, STP, ETP, RO, ZLD, MEE

  processes
• Mechanical system design, installation, and troubleshooting
  
• Pump, valve, and pipeline maintenance
  
• Knowledge of water chemistry and treatment standards
  
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning
  
• Equipment calibration and efficiency optimization
  
• Familiarity with

  ISO 14001, OHSAS, and safety protocols

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and P&ID diagrams
  

2. Mechanical Fitter

• Proficiency in

  assembling, installing, and repairing

  mechanical components
• Experience in

  piping, structural fitting, and alignment

• Operation of basic hand tools and power tools
  
• Knowledge of welding, grinding, and cutting processes (if required)
  
• Understanding of mechanical tolerances and measurements
  
• Preventive maintenance support for plant machinery
  
• Ability to work from technical drawings and blueprints
  

3. PLC Operator

• Knowledge of

  Programmable Logic Controller

  (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
• PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification skills
  
• Understanding of SCADA systems and HMI interface
  
• Experience in automation of pumps, motors, and valves
  
• Knowledge of industrial sensors and actuators
  
• Electrical & instrumentation basics
  
• Preventive maintenance for control systems
  
• Fault diagnosis and quick corrective action
  

4. ETP/ STP Operator

• Operation and monitoring of

  Effluent Treatment Plant & Sewage Treatment Plant

• Knowledge of chemical dosing, sludge handling, and filtration systems
  
• Familiarity with biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes
  
• Regular sampling, testing, and water quality analysis
  
• Knowledge of safety standards in chemical handling
  
• Troubleshooting operational issues in ETP & STP units
  
• Routine maintenance of pumps, blowers, and aeration systems
  
• Record-keeping of plant operations and compliance documentation
