Key Responsibilities

1. System Operation and Monitoring:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain

  boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, and water systems

  to ensure seamless performance.
• Respond to alarms, conduct system checks, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks for all systems, following standard operating procedures and checklists.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report abnormalities or trends.

3. Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to system emergencies, adhering to safety protocols and collaborating with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support the development and execution of emergency response plans.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Work with quality control teams to identify and resolve non-compliance issues.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance logs, and activities.
• Generate periodic reports on system efficiency, energy consumption, and maintenance activities for management review.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certifications or relevant vocational training are preferred.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in operating and maintaining

  boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, utilities, water systems

  , or relevant equipment.

• Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Additional Skills:

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
