Warranty Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andhra Pradesh, India for a Warranty Executive. The Warranty Executive will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing and analyzing warranty data, interacting with customers and service departments, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and reports of warranty transactions and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing warranty claims, processing data, and analyzing information for accuracy
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and service departments
• Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports
• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Pay: ₹13,200.00 - ₹15,200.00 per month
