Job Description

Supervision and Management: Oversee the technical team, ensuring they are performing to the expected level and providing necessary feedback. Workshop Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the workshop, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service procedures. Performance Monitoring: Monitor workshop productivity and implement improvements to achieve KPIs. Quality Control: Review work orders and inspect the quality of repairs to ensure they meet standards before vehicle release. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with service provided. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the technical team. Budget Management: May be responsible for planning and preparing annual budgets for the department. Documentation: Ensure all actions are properly documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
