Program Overview The Retail and Warehouse Associate Skill Training Program is designed to equip learners with practical knowledge and employable skills for careers in retail operations, inventory handling, and warehouse management. The course is aligned with industry requirements to ensure participants are job-ready upon completion. Key Responsibilities Attend and participate actively in all classroom and practical sessions Understand basic principles of retail operations including customer service, billing, inventory, and display Learn warehouse functions such as goods receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and dispatch Operate basic digital tools and point-of-sale (POS) systems Understand safety protocols and hygiene practices in retail and warehouse environments Work in simulated store and warehouse setups to gain hands-on experience Complete daily assignments, practical tasks, and weekly assessments Participate in soft skills training including communication, time management, and teamwork Attend exposure visits and guest lectures from retail industry professionals Prepare for placement through interview practice and resume development Key Skills Developed Customer Interaction & Communication Inventory Management Store Operations Digital Billing & POS Usage Packaging & Labeling Workplace Health and Safety Problem Solving & Team Collaboration Eligibility Criteriag ✔ Minimum Education: Graduation with past experience of training in warehouse or retail. ✔ Age: 18–28 years ✔ Willingness to learn and work in the retail or logistics sector ✔ Basic understanding of Hindi or English ✔ Physically fit to handle warehouse and store operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
