Warehouse Support

You are a Warehouse Support responsible for assisting in managing warehouse operations effectively. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, utilizing MS Office for reporting and communication, overseeing dispatches, coordinating with internal teams and parties, assisting in inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your role requires computer literacy, good typing speed, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should possess organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork abilities, and adaptability. Your tasks will involve handling computer and administrative duties such as maintaining records and databases, generating reports, and performing data analysis. You will also be responsible for communication and follow-up tasks, including coordinating with dealers and parties, collecting and verifying Proof of Delivery documents, and resolving queries promptly. Furthermore, you will support warehouse staff in day-to-day operations and assist in inventory management by verifying and updating stock levels. To excel in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and databases. Your salary range is between 108000-120000, and your Key Performance Indicators include maintaining accurate records, timely data entry, generating reports, overseeing dispatches, collecting and verifying Proof of Delivery documents, following up on pending deliveries, and timely resolution of disputes with transporters.
