Warehouse Support

As a Warehouse Support at our company in Jabalpur, your role will involve assisting in managing warehouse operations. You will need to be organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and Word. Effective communication and follow-up skills are crucial for interacting with dealers and parties. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records and databases. - Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and communication. - Ensure timely data entry and updates. - Generate reports and perform basic data analysis. - Oversee dispatches. Communication And Follow-up: - Coordinate with dealers, parties, and internal teams. - Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents. - Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly. Warehouse Operations: - Assist in inventory management and stock control. - Verify and update stock levels, receipts, and issuances. - Support warehouse staff in day-to-day operations. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel and Word). - Good typing speed (min. 30 wpm). - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. - High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: - Organizational and time management. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Teamwork and collaboration. - Adaptability and flexibility.
