Role Overview
We're looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Warehouse Supervisor to manage our clothing warehouse and oversee daily dispatches and inventory. You'll be the backbone of our operations— ensuring that every order reaches our customer smoothly and every stock unit is accounted for.This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and is comfortable working with minimal staffing.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, order processing, and dispatches
• Ensure all clothing products are stored, handled, and packed with care
• Manage inward and outward logistics
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking or reporting low inventory
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse
• Use computer systems and software to update inventory, generate reports, and track shipments
• Supervise packing staff (if any) and ensure timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with customer support for issue resolution

• Requirements
• Prior experience in warehouse management, preferably in clothing or apparel
• Strong computer skills - experience with Excel, inventory software, etc.
• Ability to operate efficiently with minimal staffing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive problem-solver and self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting/moving stock as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Shift allowance
