Warehouse Supervisor

In this role as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing fabric receipt, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure efficiency. Your key responsibilities will involve managing inventory, supervising the warehouse team, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and enhancing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Daily Operations: Manage fabric receipt, storage, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain fabric stock accuracy. - Team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and set daily goals. - Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. - Operational Efficiency: Plan and optimize warehouse layout for improved space utilization, enhance productivity, and reduce errors. Qualification Required: - Experience: 3-7 years in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the textile industry. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). - Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
