Job Description

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, shipping, stacking, and material handling.
Implemented Inventory Management System for shelf-life and raw materials; proficient in WMS/ERP.
Plan raw/packing materials as per production needs; coordinate with production & finance teams for timely issuance and GRN.
Ensure adherence to TAT, FIFO & JIT; supervise inventory, logistics, space utilization, and fixed asset tracking.
Maintain documentation: delivery challans, stock transfers, GRNs, and shipment records.

SAFETY

Enforce safety policies and conduct regular inspections to mitigate risks.
Develop and implement safety programs and emergency procedures.
Train staff on equipment use, PPE, hazardous material handling, and safe work practices.
Promote a proactive safety culture within the warehouse.
