About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of inventory and order fulfillment. This includes supervising warehouse staff, optimizing space and workflows, maintaining stock integrity, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in warehouse management, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

• Manage daily warehouse activities across (Bangalore, Mumbai & Gurgaon) locations ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Lead and support warehouse managers; ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs
• Monitor inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound logistics, and reduce discrepancies
• Standardize SOPs, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure all warehouses follow safety standards and legal compliance
• Manage transport partners and optimize last-mile delivery and logistics costs
• Generate performance reports and ensure smooth communication with HQ
• Control operational costs and identify savings across warehouses

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in handling multiple warehouses or logistics operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce (D2C)
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse technologies
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with WMS/ERP systems
