Warehouse Operations Associate

Omay Foods (www.omayfoods.com) is a fast-growing healthy snacks startup offering varieties of roasted, non-fried snacks, gifts to customers across India via online channels: website, amazon, BlinkIt, Bigbasket and others. Based out of Jaipur, we deal with both retail and business customers towards snacking requirements of all kinds. Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Associate to handle day-to-day operations of the brand. Inventory Management: Track, manage, and organize stock levels; conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy. Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and process online orders promptly and accurately. Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure quality standards are met. Shipping and Logistics Coordination: Get packages prepared for shipment and coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Stock Receiving and Restocking: Receive new inventory shipments, verify contents, and restock accordingly. Documentation and Reporting: Record daily transactions, order statuses, and inventory changes accurately. Qualifications Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pick, pack, and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with team members and coordinate with other departments. Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills for tracking and documentation. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with inventory discrepancies, shipping, or warehousing logistics. Experience: 1-2 years Location: onsite (Surajpole, Jaipur) Time: 9:30am-6pm, Monday-Saturday
