Role Overview

Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee
dispatch, stores, and labour management
activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure
stock monitoring and reconciliation
between physical and system records on a regular basis.

Plan and manage
dispatch schedules
, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.

Optimize
manpower utilization
and implement effective resource allocation practices.

Ensure compliance with
GST regulations
; working knowledge of SAP will be a strong advantage.

Build and maintain strong
liaison with statutory and government bodies
to ensure seamless operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Candidate Profile

Minimum
15 years of experience
in warehouse operations, with a strong track record of leadership.

B.E. Mechanical
graduates will be preferred.

Strong people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Age:
35 45 years.

Male candidates only.
