Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt and storage of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff on handling procedures and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report any operational issues or discrepancies to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an inbound setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate warehouse staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues.
