Warehouse - officer

As a Warehouse Officer at Indicool Chennai, your role involves overseeing various aspects related to inventory management, warehouse operations, and documentation and record-keeping. You will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, warehouse operations, and maintaining accurate documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock. - Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts. - Monitor inventory levels to identify shortages or overstock situations. - Utilize inventory management systems to track and manage stock effectively. - Ensure proper storage and organization of goods within the warehouse. - Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities, including loaders, packers, and drivers. - Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods. - Coordinate dispatch of goods according to schedules and delivery requirements. - Implement and enforce warehouse operational procedures and standards. - Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation such as goods received notes, dispatch notes, and inventory reports. - Ensure completeness and correctness of all documentation and maintain proper filing. - Generate reports on warehouse activities and performance. **Qualifications Required:** - 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management. - Technical knowledge of Tally. - Proficiency in Tamil language.
