Job Description

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations for an e-commerce business, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and smooth B2C operations. The role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure smooth B2C order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock control measures.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Supervise and train warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

Candidate Profile

813 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or B2C environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
Ability to lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with warehouse management systems and B2C order processing.
