Warehouse Manager

We are expanding our operations to East Africa, namely the Comoros Islands and are looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Warehouse Manager (preferably from South India)

with 68 years of proven leadership experience in retail, wholesale, or warehouse management. The ideal

candidate will oversee daily operations, optimize profitability, manage teams, and ensure customer

satisfaction through efficient and organized branch or warehouse performance.

Role & responsibilities

Achieve and exceed profit and performance goals for the branch/supermarket.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve net profits while addressing negative trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support sales teams in acquiring new clients and following up on sales leads.
• Monitor and assist in managing overdue accounts receivables.
• Set and adjust pricing within company guidelines to maintain competitive advantage.
• Supervise post-delivery customer audit programs to enhance business processes.
• Oversee customer service quality, order accuracy, and complaint resolution.
• Manage procurement of stock and materials following company purchasing standards.
• Approve credit memos and return authorizations.
• Coordinate scheduling for trucks, logistics, and team members to ensure timely operations.
• Establish operational and delivery strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Control variable expenses and maintain budgets.
• Implement and monitor equipment maintenance and protection programs, with planning for

depreciation.

• Maintain warehouse/shop safety and cleanliness; enforce safety programs and procedures.
