Warehouse Manager (Building Material)

As an Inbound & Outbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound activities such as receiving materials from vendors, transporters, and third parties. You will need to monitor materials against invoice quantities, escalate and resolve any quantity mismatches or quality issues promptly. Additionally, ensuring all materials are accurately uploaded and recorded in the ERP/WMS will be a key part of your role. Your role will also involve overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth and safe operations. This includes manpower planning & management based on workload, managing operational activities at 3PL Warehouse, and supervising warehouse shifting or reorganization projects when required. You will also be responsible for planning and procuring packaging materials and warehouse stationery as needed. In terms of dispatch & logistics management, you will monitor daily dispatches as per the dispatch plan, coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) agencies for timely and accurate deliveries, and review and manage logistics plans, vehicle availability, and dispatch scheduling. Addressing and resolving logistics-related complaints such as delays or short/excess deliveries will also fall under your responsibilities. For storage & inventory management, you will implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock accurately, ensure proper storage of materials, and optimize warehouse space utilization. Regular physical stock checks and reconciliation with the ERP system, monitoring stock levels as per Min-Max planning, and planning liquidation strategies for non-moving inventory will be part of your tasks. Additionally, overseeing sale return processing and clearance will also be essential. Stakeholder coordination will involve liaising with the Purchase team for product availability and replenishment needs, collaborating with the Customer Connect team for dispatch plans and issue resolution, and coordinating with Sales and third-party logistics for smooth outbound operations. Your role will also focus on identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities across warehousing and logistics operations while maintaining service quality. Monitoring the usage of packaging and consumables to optimize material planning and reduce wastage and costs will be key in ensuring cost and operational efficiency.
