Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations for electronics goods. The ideal candidate should have at least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce and B2B fulfillment environments. The role involves managing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring timely dispatch of orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and using basic warehouse software/tools for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound activities.
• Supervise and coordinate order picking, packing, and timely dispatch of e-commerce (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.) and B2B orders.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and regular cycle counts.
• Maintain records of all inward and outward stock movements.
• Use basic software (Excel, Tally, ERP, or other warehouse/inventory tools) to track inventory and order flow.
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Supervise helpers/labour staff and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle returns, damaged goods, and quality control checks.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of warehouse/inventory management experience, preferably in electronics or e-commerce.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, email, inventory software, etc.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of packaging and handling of electronic items.
• Ability to manage a small team of warehouse assistants/labour.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Physically fit and able to manage warehouse workload.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing Flipkart/Amazon Seller Central operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
