Experience - 4yr to 10yrs

Salary - 30k to 35k

Location - Sanand - Gujarat

Job Description-

1. Overseeing operations and maintaining efficiency.

2. Supervising and managing daily activities on the floor.

3. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the assigned area.

4. Coordinating with staff to optimize workflow and customer service.

5. Overseeing the day-to-day operations on the floor.

6. Assigning tasks to staff and ensuring they are completed efficiently.

7. Maintaining a clean and organized environment for both customers and employees.

8. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

9. Collaborating with management to implement improvements and optimize processes.

10. Need to handle multitasking work.

11. Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards.

12. To help the supervisor to resolve labor-related issues.

13. To be solution-oriented to deal with supervisory issues.

14. To check that all staff and labor are adhering to safety measures and company policies.

15. To check & ensure that the AC, LIGHTS, FIRE, AND HYDERANT SYSTEM, GENERATOR, VEHICLES & FIR EXTINGUISHER are in working condition.

16. Looking after the equipment and maintaining the AMC of them.

17. To check and match the data of Physical inward and system inward

18. To maintain the material on the floor as per the system (Location Wise)

19. Handling the dispatch floor activity as per the BBND Excel.

20. To share the inward and dispatch and pending report

21. In Inward Report

a. Unrestricted

b. In quality inspection’

c. Blocked

d. Product damaged stock

e. Packing damaged stock

22. In Dispatch Report

a. Vehicle loading as per OBD

b. Vehicle lashing and vehicle sealing

c. Sharing the data of material load in the vehicle

d. Report sharing of how much vehicle loading is done.

e. How many vehicles are pending loading

Working Time & days - Office Timing 9.30am – 6.00pm | Monday To Saturday
