Job Description

Urgent hiring on Warehouse Executive at Goregaon east with Manufacturing industry.

Responsible for Coordinating with Customer Service team and plan & execute Dispatches.
Responsible for Coordinating with Depot for timely Picking of stocks, Invoicing and shipment.
Responsible of Organizing vehicle for Shipments.
Ensure Customer Receipt Acknowledgement and mailing it to Customer service.
Coordinate with Material Planning for inbound consignment and ensure the inbound receipt Acknowledgement is sent on time.
Daily report to be maintained covering receipts, dispatches, manpower & vehicle s deployed and cost incurred.
Maintenance of monthly reports
Ensure FEFO maintenance at Depot.
Weekly Physical Stocks Reconciliation.
Non Moving stocks monitoring and reporting on a weekly basis.
Periodic Warehouse Audit covering temperature maintenance, hygiene, safety of stocks & compliance.
Productivity and cost improvements.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any field. minimum 10+2

Computer literate - experience in WMS/ERP preferable.
Basic knowledge of xl, word.
Minimum 2+ years experience in warehouse operations.
Basic communication skill - English, Hindi
